QMGCW is an Autonomous institution affiliated to the University of Madras. All internal and external examinations are conducted under the Controller of Examinations (COE) of the college.

Revaluation & Instant Examination – April 2026
1. Revaluation
Students who wish to apply for Revaluation of April 2026 End Semester Examinations may do so only on 18.05.2026. No requests will be entertained after this date.
2. Instant Examination
Eligibility: Only passing out students with one arrear in the final semester are eligible.
- UG: Register Number starting with 23
- PG: Register Number starting with 24
Last Date to Apply: 20.05.2026
Date of Instant Examination: 21.05.2026 only
No other date will be provided for the Instant Examination. Students are advised to adhere to the deadlines strictly.
