Admissions to UG programmes at QMGCW are processed through the Tamil Nadu Government Single Window Counselling System. Candidates must apply online through the government portal and attend counselling as per the schedule issued.

Eligibility Criteria
- UG Courses: Pass in Class XII / HSC or equivalent from a recognised board. Science programmes require Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics at Higher Secondary level.
- PG Courses: Pass in the relevant UG Degree from a recognised university with minimum percentage as stipulated by the University of Madras.
- MCA: Any UG Degree with Mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 or graduation level.
How to Apply
- Online application through the Tamil Nadu Government Single Window System (for UG courses).
- Walk-in counselling at the college for management quota and special category seats.
- Candidates must bring original mark sheets, transfer certificate, community certificate, and passport-size photographs for verification.
